The Breedge, the production company delegated by the Canadian company Vega Musique, was in Colombia from July 11 to 24 shooting a music video for the band The Seasons, from Quebec. The band, made up of Rémy Bélanger (drums), Hubert Chiasson (vocals and guitar), Julien Chiasson (vocals and guitar) and Samuel Renaud (bass), is known for the Indie Pop style that it has been developing since 2011.
Directed by Hervé Baillargeon and produced by Maria Gracia Turgeon, the video for “Apples,” their latest single, shows the members of The Seasons in the Nevados National Park, Manizales, Salento, the Tatacoa Desert and Bogota. The first images of this production will show the musicians waiting for their luggage at a small airport, to then travel across the landscapes of Colombia and play this song in a series of towns where they had never been heard.
“Apples” was released as their first single; it made it to the top 50 most played songs in Canada and keeps moving up, according to BDS (a service specializing in music monitoring via radio, television, and internet). The band is currently promoting its first full-length album in Toronto and Quebec. The album, “Pulp,” has been available since April 8 of this year.
