After a legendary fire, only the exterior walls remained, constructed in concrete. Years later, around the 1940s, within those walls, the new Teatro Unión was designed: with a seating capacity of 540 chairs, sloping towards the main stage, equipped for cinema, theater, and variety shows. Its architectural appearance: art deco, imported from France to Florida.
