The Music Park is located in front of the Alberto Castilla Hall of the Tolima Conservatory. This park represents Ibagué’s title as the “Musical Capital.” The project was inaugurated in 2008 and features six iron sculptures created by Olmer Rojas Lozano, with the park’s design being the work of the Ibagué architect Carolina Perea.
This park includes a luminous fountain that activates in sync with the music, a concert area, a viewpoint overlooking the Combeima Canyon, among several other features that earned it the title of UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2012.
