Mansion built in the last third of the 16th century by Captain Don Martín de Rojas. The mansion was described in 1685 as having a spacious courtyard, stone columns, and wide galleries with arches. The house has a continuous balcony that runs along the western side of the square, marking its location at the corner of Plaza Mayor, Calle Real, diagonally across from the Cabildo. It served as the Palace of Cultural Services and currently houses the Secretariat of Culture and Tourism of Boyacá.
