The Natural History Museum – Unicauca is an educational and cultural institution dedicated to the conservation, research and dissemination of the natural heritage of the Cauca region and southwestern Colombia. The museum houses a vast collection of specimens of flora, fauna, geology and paleontology, including samples of various animal and plant species, minerals and fossils. It has on display showcases, life-size statues of animals, graphic and natural representations of ecosystems and habitats.
