Piedecuesta is a Colombian municipality in the department of Santander, and one of the constituent municipalities of the Bucaramanga metropolitan area, being located 17 km from the main nucleus. Its territorial extension is 344 square kilometers; Its geography offers countless valleys, plateaus, mountains and hills, territorial accidents that present a varied climate, going from the radiant sun of the fishmonger to the mist of the Juan Rodríguez páramo.
