It is an urban park located in front of the Claustro de San Agustín in the Las Nieves neighborhood of the Historic Center of Tunja. It is surrounded by gardens, trees, and shrubs, pedestrian pathways, and passive recreational areas. It has a small sports complex on the western side. In it, you will find a bust of the notable General Próspero Pinzón Romero, who gives his name to this park, a work created by the sculptor Eduardo Malagón Bravo, which is placed on a White Marble Pedestal. Additionally, there is a medallion in honor of Antonio Nariño, also created by Malagón Bravo.
