Colombian drug lord Jesús Morales secretly acquires the services of a sniper called "El Diablo", who one by one is able to kill the enemies of whoever hires him.
Now without rivals, Morales becomes stronger and controls more smuggling routes to the north of the United States, which worries the DEA as they feel their country is at risk. The DEA sends the agent, Kate Estrada, who has been following Morales for years, and a Navy sniper, Brandon Beckett, to counter the threat of El Diablo’s mission to kill him and take Morales to the U.S., to stand trial for his crimes.
Agents believe they have it all under control, but Morales and El Diablo have more than one surprise to avoid the mission’s success.
